While on a trip to Nuremberg, Germany, I saw the gorgeous tile that inspired the quilt. The design is great with solids or showcasing fabulous prints that you can’t bring yourself to cut too small. This quilt and its throw partner come together quickly in a weekend.
About Mini Mates: They are companion patterns to another throw quilt pattern I’ve designed. I've done ALL the quilty math for you and provided you with the new piece sizes that shrink a block or the whole quilt into an adorable pillow cover size. You'll be able to use the remnants from the throw and/or scraps from your stash. The original already has the piecing instructions, so Mini Mates include the piece sizes, any instructions not previously provided and how to finish the pillow in an envelope style.
PDF includes complete instructions, diagrams and a coloring page to assist you. You're more than welcome to message me with any questions! The pattern does NOT include instructions on backing, quilting or binding (except for how to piece your strips).
